No. Unlike most coconut water brands we do not pasteurize our coconut water. This process strips the water of most of its flavor, leaving a bland and almost bitter taste. Our process allows the water to retain its natural flavor. Giving you the freshest water possible and the closest taste to cracking open the coconut yourself.

Yes! Due to our natural production process, it is required that you refrigerate your bottles upon arrival.

Please keep refrigerated and always reference the freshness date stamped on each bottle of Eliya. If stored correctly, your coconut water should last upwards of three months.

Many of our customers choose to reuse their glass bottles as storage containers or vases for flowers. If you choose to discard your bottles, please do so by responsibly recycling them as glass can be melted down and reused many times over as compared to single-use plastic bottles.
